With over 20 years in education, Dr. K has dedicated her career to shaping young minds and helping schools grow. Originally from Detroit, she discovered her passion for early childhood education and started a successful consulting business after moving to Florida, supporting schools and educators.

Five years later, Georgia became home, and she expanded her consulting firm to focus on improving school performance, training teachers, and enhancing programs.

As a wife and mom of two, Dr. K is deeply committed to creating nurturing environments for both students and educators. Now as the Executive Director and School Principal at dReam Kids Academy, she focuses on integrating STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math) to prepare students for the future.

Dr. K’s leadership fosters a supportive space where every child can thrive. She warmly invites families to join the dReam Kids Academy community, believing that"Education is the passport to the future."
