STREAM stands for Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. At dReam Kids Academy, we integrate these subjects into hands-on, inquiry-based learning activities that encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving. Our STREAM approach helps children make meaningful connections between academic concepts and real-world applications, all within a faith-based framework.
Each staff member meets or exceeds state licensing requirements and is trained in developmentally appropriate practices, STREAM education, and classroom management. We are committed to hiring educators who are not only skilled but also passionate about nurturing the academic and spiritual growth of every child.
Yes, we provide nutritious meals and snacks for our students throughout the day. Our meals are carefully planned to support the physical and cognitive development of the children, with a focus on wholesome, balanced nutrition.
The health and safety of your child is our top priority. We follow rigorous hygiene and cleanliness protocols, including regular cleaning and sanitizing of classrooms, toys, and equipment. Our staff is trained in first aid, CPR, emergency preparedness, and child abuse prevention. We also conduct regular safety inspections and comply with all state childcare licensing regulations.
At dReam Kids Academy, we believe that parental involvement is essential to a child's success. We maintain open communication with parents through our ProCare app, regular updates, and parent-teacher conferences. We also encourage parents to participate in special events, volunteer opportunities, and community service projects that foster family engagement.
We offer a variety of enrichment programs, including LEGO Robotics Club, drama, arts and crafts, and physical activities. Our programs are designed to enhance the STREAM learning experience and provide children with opportunities to explore their interests, develop new skills, and foster creativity.
By May 2025, we participate in the Georgia Child and Parent Services (CAPS) subsidy program, which provides financial assistance to eligible families. We also pursue various grants to support our families and maintain affordable tuition rates. Please contact us for more information on how to apply for financial assistance.
